VITURE is leaning into gaming crossover territory with a limited-edition pair of XR glasses built around Phantom Blade Zero, the action game from developer S-GAME due October 29. The VITURE x Phantom Blade Zero: Phantom Beast edition repackages the company’s Beast XR hardware in wuxia-inspired styling, and pre-orders are open at $599.
The collaboration goes beyond a fresh coat of paint. Menus on screen echo the game’s interface, the neck strap carries traditional wuxia patterns, and the temples are sculpted around protagonist Soul drawing his blade. The carrying case slides apart like a sword leaving its scabbard to reveal a red interior, and orders placed by November 5 include a scroll-style map of the game’s world.
Under the styling, the specs match the Beast XR: Sony Micro-OLED displays that project a virtual screen up to 174 inches at four meters, 1,200p per eye, 120Hz refresh, and 1,250 nits peak brightness. Also on board: HARMAN spatial audio, 3DoF spatial tracking and nine-level electrochromic dimming, plus a 32:9 super-ultrawide virtual display option for PC gamers. Direct USB-C hookups cover Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones, Android devices and the Steam Deck; console players need VITURE’s Pro Mobile Dock.
Earlier crossover work centered on the Cyberpunk 2077-themed Luma Cyber pair, and the S-GAME deal is the company’s first partnership with a Chinese studio. With Phantom Blade Zero itself launching the same day, the Phantom Beast edition gives fans a ready-made reason to upgrade before the hype settles.
